The Deputy Data Director in support of the Data Director will be responsible for managing multiple data sources, the campaign’s in-state data architecture and pipelines, and the integration of various data sources across campaign departments. The Deputy Data Director is also responsible for working with other departments within the state to develop analytical reports to further the campaign’s work. Working closely with the Data Director to manage and create an integrated campaign that brings digital, organizing, and technology together in a way that is informed by evidence. The Deputy Data Director will report to the Data Director.
Responsibilities:
Work with Data Director to constantly optimize and monitor campaign performance.
Manage processes and budgets for a growing team.
Lead cross-team collaboration and projects.
Work with Data Director to set priorities for hiring.
Work with the NH team leads to ensure their data needs are met.
Set expectations with team members as needed and execute these standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in politics is a big plus.
High level of adaptability to respond to changing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times and deadlines.
Works well under pressure.
Flexible schedule, as campaign work will often include nights and weekends.
Proficient with VAN
