Digital Strategist

The Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate campaign is looking for a digital strategist to join our growing digital team. The digital strategist will be responsible for drafting and loading emails, as well as producing content for social media, SMS and other digital platforms. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write sharp and engaging content for email, social media, SMS and other digital platforms

• Load and checklist emails using HTML and CSS

• Design graphics and edit videos

• Work with Digital Director to craft and execute overall digital strategy

• Analyze performance metrics to drive content testing and optimization

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience working on digital programs for a political campaign or organization

• Experience using Actblue and email CRMs (Blue State Digital, ActionKit, etc.)

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines

• Basic HTML/CSS and graphic design skills preferred but not required

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
