Finance Director needed for Congressional Candidate in Long Island

Progressive Congressional Campaign in Long Island is seeking a Finance Director. Must be able to start ASAP or this month. 

Job Description:

·         Assist Campaign Manager and Consultants with developing and implementing budget.

·         Oversee donor research and fundraising universe development.

·         Manage regular call time with candidate.

·         Plan and execute fundraising events throughout the district.

·         Follow-up with donors.

Qualifications:

·         At least one cycle of campaign experience. (Finance experience preferred but exceptions can be made for the right candidate with field experience. Campaign background is a must.)

·         Basic knowledge of NGP/VAN.

·         Proficiency with excel, google docs, office, etc.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
