Description

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for phone banks and door knocking
• Execute a robust Get Out The Vote (GOTV) effort, including door to door and phone banks
• Grow our network of supporters and volunteers through meetings, texting, and phone calls
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with local party leaders, activist groups, and partner organizations
• Currently hiring for Pocatello

Requirements

• Prior community organizing experience preferred (paid, internship, or volunteer)
• Experience with VoteBuilder
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and irregular work hours (nights and weekends)
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Access to a reliable vehicle, computer, and phone
• Commitment to electing Democrats at all levels

Benefits

Salary: $3,000/month
