A progressive City Council candidate in a competitive primary is looking for Field Organizers to execute a robust field program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about campaigning, excel in team work, and have excellent communication and time management skills. Requirements:

• At least one year of campaign/ political experience.
• Demonstrated interest in Democratic values.
• Basic knowledge of Votebuilder.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• Access to a car is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and management of volunteers.
• Execution of intensive Get Out The Vote effort.
• Staffing campaign events.
• Data input and collection.
