Campaign Office Manager

The campaign office manager is responsible for maintaining administrative operations of a cross-functional team. This position will provide support and manage the day-to-day office administrative activities, ensure office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date.

This position will report to senior leadership.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-directed and forward thinking individual who is able and willing to assume responsibility without the need for daily guidance in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Functions and Responsibilities:

·      Assist with the administrative functions of the Partnership Project

·      Update and maintain office wide accounts, files, lists, and vendor tracking systems

·      Provide administrative and operational support for office-wide functions including:

o   Organize office events

o   Act as the “point of contact” for suite sub lessor, building staff, office visitors, vendors, service providers, etc.

o   Ensure the space is clean and tidy, including meeting rooms, storage areas, and common spaces

o   Coordinate and manage office vendors and supply orders

o   Manage petty cash for minor expenses

o   Maintain conference room reservations

·      Assist with on boarding of new staff

·      Manage coworking and vendor relationships

·      Communicate office-wide announcements, equipment repairs, special events, vendor updates, etc.

·      Maintain scheduling requests and calendar organization for members of management

·      Perform other duties, as required

Qualifications:

·      Has 2-5 years relevant full-time work experience in providing administrative, operational and/or financial support for issue or electoral campaigns

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Driven problem solver with proven success in solving workplace problems

·      Strong ability to collect and organize information with exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot check for errors

·      Ability to learn new technical skills

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel skills, and data/file maintenance

·      Has interest in the organizational values of preserving and protecting the environment and comfortable in a campaign environment

·      Comfortable working with numbers, basic understanding of data and metrics
