Top-tier, targeted congressional campaign in New York seeks at least one deputy field director.

Deputy field directors will lead our petitioning effort and begin to get the message out that will take us to victory in the fall!

Are you a people person? Good at wrangling volunteers? Do you have a can-do attitude that inspires others to work harder and get the job done? If so, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

You could have one or more cycles of field experience or none at all. What really matters is your commitment to put in a day and win. 

Maybe you’re our future field director? We love promoting from within.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and directing some of the greatest volunteers on Earth,

Training volunteers and staff on the best ways to collect petitions,

Cutting turf (don’t know what this means? no problem!),

Requirements:

Campaigning hours are long. People who expect to be compensated on an hourly basis should not apply,

The ability to get around. Drivers are preferred, but not 100% necessary,

This job is full-time. Salary is commensurate with experience, education or a mix thereof. The position begins this week of 2/29/2016.
