Position Summary:
LEE seeks Coordinator(s) to support our team(s) as they play a critical role in our ability to serve our members and achieve our mission. Coordinator(s) typically report to a staff member who sits on the team’s leadership and works to support both the Vice President and the team. They manage logistical, operational, communication, and technical details for the team(s). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational and project management experience. Additionally, this role provides many opportunities to hone professional skills, build knowledge, and gain unique perspectives by working alongside ambitious colleagues and dynamic senior leaders.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, as well as an ability to create systems and document best practices to ensure that we are constantly learning, improving, and developing ways to work more efficiently. The Coordinator needs to exercise strong judgment in responding to questions, troubleshooting problems, and flagging issues for other team members as needed. In order to be successful, the Coordinator will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including other staff at LEE, our members, Teach For America staff, and other partner organizations.
