Digital Organizer
Texas Democratic Party is looking for a Digital Organizer who will help manage a multi-channel digital organizing program and help train Texas Democrats to use our virtual field tools.
This role includes the typical responsibilities of an organizer such as cultivating relationships, volunteer engagement, tracking metrics, as well as digital functions like planning an online content calendar, growth strategy, and launching digital campaigns to hit organizing goals.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute contents plan to reach digital organizing goals.
Grow our online volunteer base by providing regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs and drives action.
Collaborate with digital, communications, and political departments to produce relevant campaigns to meets digital organizing goals.
Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of our electoral goals, and others will rely on your work every day.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Past experience producing online content, building an audience online, or as a field organizer.
A dual-minded approach: You’re creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
