Hard Knocks Strategies, LLC is seeking motivated and qualified individuals to fill the role of Digital Manager.

The Digital Manager will be the go-to person for all digital communications work. They will manage all digital communication strategies in all forms for Hard Knocks, LLC.

Work with the Communications Director and team to develop dynamic digital plans for clients.
Create and present ideas in pitches to prospective clients.
Develop integrated digital communications campaigns to achieve client goals.
Writing dynamic content for digital work including e-blasts, mass texts, social media, digital ads, and other items as needed.
Work with vendors to create graphic content and videos.
Create and maintain relationships with advertising vendors for client opportunities.
Provides digital training for local community groups as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned in support of promoting our client’s work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Dynamic self-starter who can pick up tasks and understand them in a quick and efficient manner.

· Is extremely well versed in building and managing digital communications strategies encompassing owned, earned, paid, and shared medias across all platforms.

· Excellent writing skills and experience pitching ideas to large groups.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Able to manage staff/vendors and several campaigns at once of different topics.

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications or similar field; and/or five (5) years of experience with a track record of building and executing successful digital communications strategies.

· Expert knowledge in a second language a plus, but not required.
