Field Organizer! Miami

Seeking Field Organizers to work on competitive congressional races for the 2016 cycle. Field Organizers will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to expand the volunteer networks. Field Organizers will manage and execute voter contact tactics such as phone banks, canvasses, voter registration drives, and visibility events. Field Organizers should be high energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Organizational skills and ability to meet goals and strict deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Positions will be based in Miami, Florida 
• Frequent travel within Congressional district is required;
• Car, laptop and cellphone required
• Commitment to electing Democrats;
• Other duties as needed;
• High attention to detail
