Field Organizers Needed in Northern Virginia Race

FIELD ORGANIZER

A county-wide campaign in Fairfax County Virginia is looking to hire a team of dedicated and experienced field organizers.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, managing and training volunteers and paid canvassers

• Ability to represent the campaign well to voters and at externally-facing events

• Preparing lists and materials for volunteers and paid canvassers

 

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency with VAN

• Proven experience in joining short-term campaigns that can meet and exceed goals

• Recruiting a team of dedicated interns to assist the campaign

• Able to work independently and manage an office without supervision

• Able to work long hours

• Basic computer literacy and database skills.
