We
are seeking a Customer
Account Specialist to join our team located in the heart of San Francisco’s South of
Market district. The role will help train, assist, and
support our rapidly growing customer base, including working directly with some
of the largest Democratic campaigns, labor unions, advocacy, and commercial organizations
in America and internationally.
Organizer’s
mobile app and management system are changing the way field outreach programs
are run by empowering organizations with real-time data collection and field
monitoring.
The
role reports to the Director of Business Development. The position is full-time
and is available immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations, including
answering calls and serving as primary point of contact between customers
and Organizer
- Deliver customer training on
Organizer’s mobile application and web management interface
- Work with the Business Development
team to develop and implement improved client onboarding processes,
including updated training materials and support documentation
- Assist customers with cleaning,
manipulating and uploading data
- Track support tickets and work with
Engineering team to resolve any technical issues
- Collect regular customer feedback and
provide comments to both Product and Business Development teams for future
product developments
- Update social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Google+) with engaging content relevant to our customers
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and written
communication skills, experience managing multiple external relationships
simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency
in Excel, specifically manipulating large data sets and ensuring data
quality
- Experience using CRMs and support
sites, in particular Hubspot and Zendesk (preferred)
- Willing to work flexible hours,
including nights and weekends if needed
- Comfortable working in dynamic,
fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel if needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience providing
customer account services or client support services with a strong
technical or product basis
- Spanish (verbal and written
professional proficiency)
- Working knowledge of CRM (such as
SalesForce, Act!, or Zoho) or political data software (such as NGP VAN,
NationBuilder, PDI, Catalist)
- Practical experience in field
campaigning and data management, such as with political campaigns, labor
organizing, advocacy, or field sales
