file data
Evaluate existing data from polling, modeling, and recent voter contact work, to draw conclusions
that will impact future work
Design and oversee implementation of multi-channel tests to evaluate the effectiveness of current
data/systems and make recommendations about further work to increase both donor and voter
engagement
Manage data sharing with vendors
Propose analytical projects to help further the organization’s understanding and optimization of our
fundraising list, activist database, and electoral data
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to conduct analyses and make recommendations
about how to maximize the use of our existing data, and propose changes for growth and maximizing impact
Qualifications:
Proficiency with SQL and VAN (knowledge of NGP and BSD desired)
Proficiency working with large, complicated datasets
Prior voter file management experience
Comfort managing multiple vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience driving research projects, using metrics and tools to evaluate programs, as well as
meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, and written and verbal communications skills
Experience working as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
