Client Associate - Political Fundraising (Baltimore, MD)

Woman-owned, established and rapidly-growing Democratic fundraising firm is seeking to fill a Senior Associate position with opportunities to advance.

As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with Democratic candidates and progressive organizations at the federal, state, and local levels on all aspects of their current and long-term fundraising operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to, managing multiple client accounts, coaching clients on best fundraising practices and call time, planning and staffing candidate call time and fundraising events, assisting with the management of other staff members, donor research, and office management.

Candidates for the position should have:

• The ability to multi-task, working with a variety of clients simultaneously 
• Adaptability to thrive in varied working environments
• Strong self-motivation
• Good humor and political savvy

The ideal candidate has between 1-3 years of fundraising experience, preferably as a Finance Director or assistant for a campaign, as well as extensive experience with NGP and have strong familiarity with all of its features. Experience writing and executing a fundraising plan is preferred. 

Must have reliable transportation.
