Position Description

Blue Wave Political Partners, a political compliance and consulting firm, is seeking interns to join our growing company. The scope of work includes assisting in compliance for candidates across the country. Our firm represents campaigns at every level of government. This is a great opportunity for those seeking to gain more experience in political campaigns and build a vast professional network in a fast paced environment. This position is located in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

Assist with responsibilities including:

·      Assist with filing state and federal compliance reports

·      Conduct in-depth donor research, maintenance, and management of data

·      Direct donor communication and donor maintenance for multiple political clients.

·      Assist with office administrative duties

·      Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

Skills:

·      Requires proficient professional experience working with Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word and Excel

·      Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines

·      Ability to maintain and manage highly confidential or sensitive information

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Additional skills in QuickBooks and NGP valuable but not necessary
