A competitive race in the Philadelphia area is seeking a campaign manager for a May 2019 election. Looking to hire immediately. The campaign manager will oversee all aspects of the campaign and join an already existing team.
Campaign manager responsibilities include:
Day to day management of all political and campaign activities
Creation and management of the campaign budget and strategy
Overseeing all campaign staff and managing their day to day responsibilities
Managing potential consultants
Setting clear political and electoral priorities
Recruitment and hiring of campaign staff
Ensuring the campaign hits quantitative goals
Managing campaign communications and social media
To qualify, applicants must have:
2+ cycles of campaign experience or grassroots organizing
A desire to work on an outsider race
An understanding of campaigns in major media markets
Experience managing a $100k+ campaign budget or senior staff level experience on a $300k+ campaign
A willingness to relocate or resident of the Philadelphia area
A car
