Top Florida Race Hiring Campaign Organizers

Top State Senate race in North Florida is hiring full-time campaign organizers to work in the district for the upcoming November election. 

This race will be one of the top 5 state legislative races in the state and one of the top overall races in Florida this year. This district is a tossup.  

The objectives of the campaign organizers will be to serve as the campaign leads for their respective turf, including:

- Serving as a surrogate

- Recruiting and organizing volunteers for voter contact and events

- Working with existing campaign structure

- Finding events for and staffing candidate

- Building for campaign events

- Organizing and managing volunteers and interns for phone banks and canvass launches

This position is a hybrid between a field and political organizer and you will also work with the finance department to ensure all campaign goals and objectives are met. Organizers will be the lifeblood in their assigned turf.

Qualified organizers will have:

- Strong work ethic

- Sense of humor and outgoing personality

- Willingness to learn new skills if not already possessed

- Reliable transportation and a laptop

- Be available through the November election.
