Central Illinois Political Committee looking to hire experienced Campaign Manager

This campaign is to re-elect a Central Illinois Democrat to the Illinois General Assembly. Applicants should have 1-3 cycles of previous campaign experience as a Campaign Manager or some combination of Field Director, Finance Coordinator, Political Director, or equivalent experience.

 

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for:

·      Working with the consulting team to coordinate the campaign strategy and implement the campaign plan;

·      Managing a Tier 1 campaign budget;

·      Draft and send campaign communications including press releases;

·      Help manage candidate’s schedule, events, and call time;

·      Manage interns and additional campaign staff, including fundraiser, field director, and organizers;

·      Other duties and tasks as needed.

 

This is a full-time position located in Central Illinois. Applicants must be local or willing to relocate. Hours are long and irregular.

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Quality Healthcare plan is provided.
