Kamala Harris For The People is seeking Organizers in Nevada to help elect Kamala Harris President of
the United States!
Responsibilities:
Organizers are the face of Kamala Harris For The People in communities across the country, working to
secure victory for Kamala Harris in the democratic nomination. The primary responsibility of an
Organizer is to recruit, manage, and train volunteers to elect Kamala Harris and grow the grassroots
movement in their communities. Organizers are responsible for developing and maintaining
relationships with community leaders and volunteers, and fostering and building robust volunteer teams
for assigned geographic areas. Organizers will manage and execute voter contact tactics such as phone
banks, peer-to-peer texting, and visibility events. Organizers should have strong enthusiasm about
electing Kamala Harris, good time management and organizational skills, excellent listening skills, an
ability to communicate effectively, and a familiarity with technology.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Position based in Nevada
- Organizational skills and ability to meet goals and strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to electing Kamala Harris
- High attention to detail
- Other duties as needed or assigned
