- Draft earned and new media content
- Develop creative communications tactics to reach and engage the public
Manage the coalition’s social media accounts
- Facebook and Twitter accounts
Track earned media
- Locate and share earned media with coalition partners
Identify and developing stories from across the state
- Support volunteers as they develop their story for testimonies
- Work with coalition partners to identify strategic stories to collect
Attend weekly coalition meetings in Seattle
- Excellent writing skills and a knack for storytelling.
- A mind for communications and political strategy.
- Proven commitment to social and racial justice.
- Some traditional and new media experience.
- Creative, innovative, and have a sense of humor.
- Collaborative and thrives working in a team setting.
- Technology friendly.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English a plus.
