Mobilization Director

Location: Harrisburg/York, PA

Start Date: Rolling basis

Compensation: $4,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies and systems to successfully meet daily and weekly organizing metrics & goals

  • Assist the Field Director with developing tactics that support the district-wide organizing program, including but not limited to, digital & tech-based tactics

  • Work effectively with other departments to facilitate communication and support structures for organizing team

  • Communicate clear priorities, needs and expectations up and down the chain

  • Oversee campaign’s vote-by-mail program and texting program

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 cycles of campaign organizing experience

  • Experience utilizing & possibly managing texting programs

  • Strong interpersonal skills; strong sense of self-awareness

  • Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable with managing from metrics; has a history of meeting metric goals

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

  • Working knowledge of VAN/Votebuilder and other campaign technology platforms

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics- driven work environment

  • Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation

The Mobilization Director will report to the Field Director.

Please note: DePasquale for PA-10 is strictly adhering to the CDC guidelines. We are working from home and hosting all events virtually for the foreseeable future. When our guidelines are eased and we resume working in-person, you are expected to reside in the district.
