Field Director Position For Manhattan Borough President

Looking for an energetic, hard-working, self-starter, to manage the campaign’s fieldwork in a highly competitive race. The campaign is based in Manhattan, we’re looking for someone who either lives in or near the district or is comfortable with relocating. We strongly people of color, transgender, and nonbinary to apply. 

Objectives of the job include:

• Creating and executing the field plan 

• Recruiting, training, and organizing campaign volunteers

• Managing the petition process

• Setting up and overseeing different types of voter engagement events

• Managing VAN, and reporting metrics and percentage to goal 

• Reporting key field performance metrics

Qualifications for the job:

• Experience with VAN

• Experience recruiting and training volunteers 

• Experience managing a petition gathering operation (Not a must, but extremely valuable to have)

Pay: $3,000-$5,000 a month dependent on experience and qualifications
