WNY Congressional Campaign seeks Campaign Manager

WNY Congressional Campaign is searching for a Campaign Manager for Immediate hire:

Manager duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Recruiting, hiring and managing additional campaign staff as needed

• Managing and formulating a long-term campaign budget

• Developing and implementing a campaign plan

• Managing the day-day operation of the campaign

• Building and maintaining relationships with local Democratic elected officials, party leaders, grassroots activists and volunteers

• Helping develop the campaign’s voter targeting and field strategy

Ideal Requirements

• Experience running congressional campaign

• Communication experience

• High-level writing and speaking ability

• Experience in multiple facets of a campaign including the petition process

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills

• Ability to work long and weekend hours

• Candidate is available to immediately relocate

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Experience with the standard Democratic software tools, such as NGP and Votebuilder

• Overseeing call time management, until the finance team can be developed
