Role Description: 


The Program and Administrative coordinator will report to DevelopWell’s Managing Director, Holly Witherington. The person in this role will ensure that all of our programmatic and administrative functions are in service of an exceptional client experience by being deeply attuned to client needs, creating seamless systems for engagement, and managing a multitude of tools and resources. 


The perfect person for this job is an experienced administrative professional who is detail-oriented, diligent, and dedicated. You love nothing more than creating an awesome spreadsheet or figuring out a system for a tough logistical problem. Planning meeting logistics or scheduling? Bring it on. Organization and planning is in your blood, but you’re also nimble, flexible, and ready to roll with the punches when things—as they inevitably do—change.


These are the required skills for this position: 


  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field i.e. operations, admin, program support, etc. 

  • Experience with direct customer or client engagement 

  • Experience managing complex projects and logistics, with seamless attention to detail from start to finish 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


We are hoping that you bring one (or more) of these bonus skills:


  • Experience managing complex schedules 

  • Experience planning logistics for trainings, meetings, or staff retreats


Your primary responsibilities for this position will be: 


  • Ensuring that the client experience is seamless from start to finish   

  • Managing client facing scheduling and logistics 

  • Developing, creating, and maintaining consulting and coaching templates and tools 

  • Managing logistics, communications, and content for coaching cohorts, trainings, and conferences

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Salary: 


  • Salary range 50-60k
