The Working Families Party is a grassroots, multi-racial, feminist party that translates the collective power of everyday people into political power for the many, not the few. We work together to elect candidates and pass transformative policy to build a state in which we can all thrive. This cycle, we are endorsing a number of exciting, transformative candidates who are running for New York City Council.

Many of our endorsed NYC Council candidates are currently seeking paid staff and we are inviting campaign staffers who are interested in working for these candidates to submit their resumes with the New York Working Families Party. Campaigns will be hiring for a variety of roles in both junior and senior positions. Please click here to fill out our application form and submit a resume.

Submitting an application is not a guarantee of consideration for any specific position or with any specific campaign, but your application will be reviewed by our staff and compared to the staffing needs of our endorsed candidates. If there is an apparent match between your skill set and the needs of a campaign, either NY WFP staff or the campaign will reach out.
