Call Time Manager for NC Congressional Campaign

Cynthia Wallace for Congress is seeking a call time manager to help with the day-to-day management of the candidate’s call time program. Call time is a critical component of the overall fundraising strategy.

Overview: Works with the finance director to organize and manage the candidate’s fundraising call time system.

Responsibilities include:

● Preparing and tracking all calls

● Performing all call follow up including by phone, mail, or email

● Tracking and chasing pledges

● Conducting donor research

● Managing donor research

● Reporting call time statistics

● Staffing candidate at in-person and virtual call time.

● Assisting with other arms of the campaign when necessary

Qualifications required:

● General working knowledge of campaigns

● Experience with NGP, Excel, and Google Documents/Sheets/Slides

● Ability to work in a high-stress environment and exceptional organizational skills

● Proven track record of follow-through

● Great interpersonal skills 

● Ability to manage candidate

Pay is commensurate to experience. The range is $2,000-$2500 per month.
