The RI Coordinated Campaign seeks field organizers for a comprehensive, statewide field and GOTV program to elect Democrats up and down the ticket and to re-elect Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and Governor Gina Raimondo, one of two Democratic women governors in the country!

Responsibilities include

• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteer leaders to meet or exceed established field goals
• Meeting a robust daily reporting schedule of both hard and soft metrics
• Scheduling and executing outreach presentations at schools, colleges, local committees, and other community meetings to recruit volunteers

• Representing the Democratic ticket with diverse groups and constituencies across the state

 

Qualifications:

• Previous electoral experience a plus, but not required
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Spanish or Portuguese language ability a plus, but not required
• Ability to meet goals and reporting requirements on a daily basis under strict deadlines
• Affable personality, patience, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
• Enthusiasm for electing Democrats at every level 

 

Salaries commensurate with experience. This position is from now through Nov 2018.
