CCAH Account Representatives on any given day are…

• Facilitating across all departments to guarantee deadlines are met
  
• Moving clients messaging forward in fundraising copy
  
• Attending important client meetings
  
• Implementing complex segmentation strategies
  
• Managing quality and accuracy of fundraising communication
  
• Researching market trends
  
• Liaising with vendors and client
  
• Innovating new strategies to raise money for clients to use in phone communications and mobile
  
• Contributing creatively with clients and internal teams to develop award winning integrated fundraising campaigns.
  

Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
  
• Project Management
  
• Have an interest in and/or willing to learn about all forms of fundraising techniques and channels
  
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  
• 1-2 years fundraising experience. Multichannel experience – mail, phones, and online – a plus
