Overview
A highly-targeted congressional
race in the Northeast is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Campaign Manager. There will be a highly competitive primary and
general.
Responsibilities
The Campaign Manager will be ultimately responsible for all aspects of the
campaign. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the day-to-day schedule and prioritizing
activities for the candidate
- Developing (with our top notch consulting team) and executing on a comprehensive campaign plan that outlines the path to victory
including field/voter contact/GOTV and fundraising goals
- Overseeing the
fundraising, field, communications, messaging and technology
facets of the campaign
- Working with the campaign’s
consultants to develop a sound paid communications plan in line with the campaign’s
message
- Coordinating campaign
activities with the district
and party committees including state and national level races, the DCCC and influential coalition partners and endorsers
- Maintaining relationships
and communication with local, county, and state Democratic stakeholders
- Acting as the spokesperson for the campaign
- Overseeing the recruiting and training of
volunteers
Requirements

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated
and capable of working diligently in a demanding work environment (we work 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
·
The ability to build and motivate a team.
·
Commitment to details, meeting goals, and using data to
inform decisions.
·
Campaign experience at a managerial level.
·
Experience writing and implementing Campaign, Finance and
Communication plans
· A vehicle and computer is required; Must be able to start immediately.
