The ACLU of Ohio seeks an Organizing Director to lead grassroots outreach and mobilization efforts in bail reform, voting rights, and other core ACLU issues, by harnessing the power of everyday people across Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to effect systemic change with a dynamic nonprofit organization.
Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated expertise in coalition management, campaign leadership, and staff supervision, along with a demonstrated commitment to social justice and civil liberties.
Salary and compensation
Salary based on skills and experience. Benefits package includes health,
life, disability insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
