Regional Field Directors for Midwest gubernatorial campaign

Indiana gubernatorial campaign  is seeking resumes for candidates interested in working as Regional Field Directors. The campaign positions will be based around Indiana and run through November 2016.

Regional Field Directors will implement, organize and lead field programs in targeted areas around the state.

Responsibilities

·        Implementing all aspects of voter contact program;

·        Executing direct voter contact to meet field goals;

·        Organizing campaign events;

·        Recruiting, training and retaining campaign volunteers and interns;

·        Working alongside partner organizations

Requirements

Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, organized and capable of meeting goals in a demanding work environment. Regional Field Directors must problem solve to overcome obstacles and should expect a challenging schedule through Election Day.

The following experience is preferred:

·        One campaign cycle of field experience;

·        Experience working or volunteering on a Get-Out-The-Vote or voter registration operation;

·        Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
