The goal is $3 million. We’ve got a candidate who can do that and knows the work they need to put in to accomplish that.

We need a Finance Director who won’t let anything fall through the cracks and understands what it takes to win tough campaigns.

Job Description

1. Design and implement a system developing prospects and managing call time

2. Set up and organize fundraisers

3. Manage the finance staff
   

4. Manage fundraising communications

Qualifications:

1. At least two cycles as a finance staffer (one cycle as Director preferred)
