End Citizens United PAC seeks an experienced, hard working Communications Director to handle press operations for growing, DC-based political organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Working with strategic team to create and implement an aggressive earned media strategy;
• Creating and maintaining a message/communications calendar;
• Serving as chief spokesperson for the PAC to print, digital, and TV media;
• Overseeing message discipline in all communications materials, like press releases, statements, op-eds, talking points, fundraising materials, social media, and website content;
• Working with endorsed candidates on earned joint earned media opportunities; and
• Overseeing potential growth of Communications staff.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have substantial experience working on campaign communications at the federal or statewide level or extensive experience in the Money in Politics movement;
• Have on-the-record experience;
• Have excellent research, writing and presentation skills;
• Be very well organized;
• Be hard-working;
• Be able to work under deadline in high pressure atmosphere;
• Have good political instincts; and
• Work extremely well with others.

The candidate must be willing to work long campaign hours, (including weekends when necessary). This is an excellent opening for someone seeking a leadership role in a fast-paced, politically-important organization.

Position is based in Washington, D.C.
