Term: 5-10 months, full-time

Location: District 18 in Maryland, primarily remote work and work in/around Chevy Chase, Kensington, and Wheaton. 

Salary: Competitive

 

 

Brief Overview: The Leslie Milano for Delegate campaign is hiring a Campaign Manager to oversee all components of the campaign. The campaign is looking for someone with experience -- ideally with 2-3 previous campaigns. Other staff to be hired include a Financial Director and Field Director.

 

 

About the Candidate: Leslie Milano is running for the Maryland House of Delegates in D-18.  Part of a new wave of women seeking public office following the Trump inauguration, Leslie has a long history of social justice activism combined with executive leadership experience. She has plans to reduce class size and increase the quality of education, invest in renewable energy, leverage technology to address transportation problems, and drive economic growth in sustainable ways. Qualifications:

 

●      Ability to commit 35+ hours per week, including at certain weekend or evening events.  

●      Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, strategic insight for running successful campaigns, and strong research/writing skills.

●      Authorized to work in the US
