North Jersey Representative seeks Director of Constituent Services 

This senior staff member will both identify key constituent issues in the district as well as have the know-how to direct constituents through government services to address their concerns. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help develop and manage constituent services operation to serve a district of over 700,000 people
• Oversee active constituent services team
• Handle constituent casework with federal agencies 

This individual should be ultra-motivated to help people and solve problems. They must be organized, detail oriented and should certainly be a people person. Prior case work experience is required along with relevant work with federal agencies. 

 

Skill set should include:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong Communication skills 
  
• Project management 
• Data-base management
• Office management

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.
