Weprin 2021 Seeks Campaign Manager for New York City Comptroller Race

Campaign Manager responsibilities include:       

·         Managing the campaign’s initial schedule, requests for meetings, events;  

·         Working with consultants to craft the campaign message;

·         Assisting as press point of contact;

·         Managing campaign budget and cash flow;

·         Hiring wider campaign staff;

·         Staffing candidate at meetings and events; and

·         Other responsibilities as necessary.

 

Campaign Manager Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 4 cycles of political experience;

·         Minimum of 2 years management experience;

·         Budget management experience on a multi-million dollar race;

·         Preferable to have served as a Campaign Manager, Field Director, Communications Director, Political Director, or Finance Director on a competitive campaign;

·         Ideal candidate would be familiar with New York City politics;

·         Strong organizational skills;

·         Willingness to work long, campaign hours; and

·         Strong work ethic with the ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary is $8,000-$10,000 per month commensurate with experience.
