Our campaign is seeking a numbers-driven and highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented, and collaborative Field Director able to function well in a high-pressure team environment.

Responsibilities:

•         Conducting or managing grass tops politics
  
•         Recruiting, training, and managing a paid and volunteer field programs
  
•         Tracking and reporting progress to goal in real time
  
•        Delivering program assessments and recommending strategic adjustments as needed
  

Skills: 

•        The ability to train and motivate large community-based volunteer groups
•       Mastery of voter contact programs including VAN and the like
•         Basic office programs including the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and file share programs
  
•         Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
•         Excellent time management and task organizing skills
  
•         The ability to solve problems
  
•         The ability to self-assess
  
•         Self-motivation and the commitment to see a task through regardless
