JOB: Training Associate -- Organizing for Action -- Chicago

Organizing for Action is seeking a Training Associate to lead three important aspects of our training work: promoting trainings to ensure attendance goals and strategic objectives are met; managing logistics so that all trainings go off without a hitch; and telling the story of OFA Training Programs both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to establish and maintain organizational systems that track the big picture as well as the tiny details while also working well with a diverse community of volunteers and other OFA stakeholders. They will be an innovative self-starter with the skills needed to tell the story of OFA’s training work through words and pictures, and will share our commitment to our mission of training new and experienced progressive organizers to make a difference in their own communities.
