The Impact Center is introducing a new position to pursue our mission of empowering candidates to make a difference. The Campaign Coordinator Position is designed to provide an avenue for highly dedicated individuals to make positive change in the Commonwealth. We are seeking recent graduates who have the capacity, motivation, and drive towards our mission of serving, and changing politics.

The Campaign Coordinator fosters self-awareness and strong leadership skills. This position will be primarily focused on campaign outreach, and tactical management. Hence, there are essential qualities we look for in an ideal candidate:

• Excellent Organizational skills

• Relationship Building

• Project Management

• Research Abilities

While the focus of this position will be on tactical assignments, it is also important to be aware of other dynamics within our organization

• Communications

• Political Outreach and Organizing

• Fundraising and Development
