A competitive campaign in the Midwest is seeking a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for events and data management. This race is one of the most competitive races in the country as the candidate seeks to flip a red seat blue. We are looking to fill this position by April 1.

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building events in partnership with key donors, hosts, and supporters
• Managing and tracking thank you program including handwritten thank yous, low-dollar postcards, and form thank yous (track in NGP)
• Training and managing volunteers and interns to execute crucial pieces of the finance operation
• Working with the compliance team to develop a schedule for imports that is reflective of relevant source codes and NGP Contact IDs
• Working with Finance Director and Call Time Manager to schedule meetings and calls with donors and prospects
• Working with Finance Director to draft host and guest correspondence
• Creating and executing low-dollar mailers
• Occasionally staffing call time
• Drafting briefings for candidate meetings
• Other responsibilities as necessary
