【緊急対応必要】JS7 JobScheduler デフォルト証明書が日本時間2025-10-12 21:50:55に失効します

SOS社から下記の緊急告知がありましたので、至急対応が必要です。

影響のあるバージョン：V.2.0<V.2.5.12, <V.2.7.6
影響内容：UTC 2025-10-12 12:50:55、日本時間　2025-10-12 21:50:55以降、配置済ワークフローが動作しなくなります。

背景：JS7 V.2.xでは、JOCコックピットーコントローラー／エージェント間のワークフロー／ジョブリソースの配置時にデフォルトでSOS社発行のデジタル証明書を使用していますが、証明書有効期限がUTC 2025-10-12 12:50:55、日本時間　2025-10-12 21:50:55に設定されているため。

影響がないシステム：
・JobScheduler V.1.x, V.2.5.12=<, V.2.7.6=<, V.2.8.0=<
・JOCコックピットをミディアム／ハイセキュリテイレベルでインストールし、ユーザー発行のデジタル証明書を使用しているもの

必要な対応：以下の２通りのいずれかを日本時間10/12（日）までに実施お願いします。

１. デフォルトのデジタル証明書をSOS社発行の最新版か、ユーザー発行のものに置き換える（推奨）
対象：JOCコックピット>ユーザープロファイル＞鍵管理（再起動不要、実行中／スケジュールされたジョブには影響ありません）
全ワークフロー／ジョブリソースの再配置、実行計画の更新が必要
２. デフォルト証明書の失効を無視して使用し続けるパッチを適用
対象：全コントローラー及ぶエージェント（再起動必要、再起動中スケジュールされたジョブは実行されません）
ワークフロー／ジョブリソースの再配置は不要

Dear Customer,

 

should your organization operate JS7 JobScheduler from its default Signing Certificate for deployment of Workflows and Job Resources using releases prior to 2.5.12, 2.7.6, 2.8.0, then you will face certificate expiration on Oct 12th 12:50:55 UTC. This will prevent jobs from running.

 

Your action is required before Oct 12th: find information how to verify if your JS7 installation is affected and how to resolve this from https://kb.sos-berlin.com/display/JS7/JS7+-+Signing+Certificate+Renewal. If you are not the technical contact person, then please forward the information to the technical team.

を実施すると問題は解消しました。

矢野です。

2.8.1を使っています。2.8.1かつJOCコックピットはローセキュリティなので無関係かと
思っていたのですが、Linuxのメンテのためにホストを再起動したところ、再起動したホストのJS7エージェントが

2025-10-18 06:27:40.508+09:00 [MAIN]    [End] [Error], errorState=failed, reason=disrupted, msg=java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException: NotAfter: Sun Oct 12 21:50:55 JST 2025

とエラーを吐いて動かなくなりました。

バージョンアップの時にパッチは無効になると思いますので、
１. デフォルトのデジタル証明書をSOS社発行の最新版か、ユーザー発行のものに置き換える（推奨）

をいずれ実施する予定です。
