There is a free course on Citrix Testing using JMeter-Citrix-plugin, and in the plugin's Github repository there is comprehensive documentation regarding pre-requisites, how to record and how to replay along with troubleshooting section.

Hi Nishanth.
You need to analyze the HTTP navigation flow and see where it's failing.

The plugin currently supports StoreFront 2.1 and some later versions, and includes support for some versions of Citrix Gateway.
The universe of Citrix portals it's big, and the project supports those who have had access to test and provide support.

First, you can view the view result tree and the jMeter log to understand where the error occurred.

Generally, by analyzing a real HTTP flow in a browser, you can compare request after request to see what might be preventing you from reaching the final step, which is accessing the ICA file.

If you're a BlazeMeter customer, you can submit a ticket to support or in other cases, create a ticket issue in the open source project repository.

Great!

There is a section for that error in the TROUBLESHOOTING.md document; it is possible to increase the timeout if the server is experiencing delays in creating the session.
