Meeting-cum-recreation gathering on 26 March

Dear Honorable Directors!

I have just had a quick chat with Shubhashis bhai today about the importance for having a meeting (face to face meeting if possible) among us as we have not met for a long time. I am sure, everyone has some great ideas to share on how to manage our ongoing ventures smoothly such as putting audit and control system in place, remote tracking of sales and stock, profit and loss analysis of the individual shops etc.

This could be a two-fold program: 1) business meeting, and 2) family union and recreation event. 

If it is agreeable, I would propose 26 March for the program and Jamuna Future Park might be a choice for venue. I am not sure though if we can find a place for our meeting there, however, I would invite comments and opinions from others!

Dear Kanchan bhai,

 

Thanks for your mail and sharing your ideas regarding having a meeting on the 26^th at Jamuna Future Park. Your idea is really spot-on and we can have our meeting on the top floor (food & recreational floor). We can also have our lunch over there and after that we can spend our time looking around the malls, though not sure about the availability of Babudagi. Banga mamu has just been granted a visa to Australia and might leave Bangladesh this Friday and might joint with us too being the 26^th of Thursday. I believe Sugata bhai and Doctor babu with their families would be available day after tomorrow as well due to being the 26^th a national holiday otherwise we have to find another alternative day.

Dear All,

 

I have just read the emails from Kanchand and Shubhashis bhai. Given the fact that Mr. Banga Babu will be leaving on Friday, I will cancel my family program on Thursday and we can go ahead and get together on March 26 for lunch, as proposed by Kanchan bhai and Shubhashis bhai. This will be a kind of farewell for Mr. Banga on behalf of the company and at the same time we can discuss all issues related to our business operation. Hopefully see you at lunch time in Jamuna Future Park on Thursday, March 26, 2015.
