Bata Team to visit Khagrachari tomorrow, 17 June 2015

Dear All,

Sujan called me this morning and said that a group of 7-8 Bata Officials from Chittagong Depot will be visiting Khagrachari tomorrow. He is not clear about the whole purpose of the trip, but they will visit our showroom.

Sujan will handover a Bank Draft of Tk 1 lac by combining money from both the Trust Bank account and JSS shop. Sujan said that the current due amount to Bata is Tk 207,000.

I have heard that Subrata da has already asked Sujana to arrange some lunch for the team during their visit to Khagrachari. I think it is good idea to arrange lunch for the team for our business relationship and cooperation.

Kanchan bhai, I arrived in Pune, Maharashtra last night with GoB delegation comprising four ministries officials and hope to come back on June 25. When I talked to you regarding the company meeting, at that time I was not sure about my trip to India. Anyway, have a belly full and good company meeting. Sorry I will miss it.
