VOTE: Release JHipster 8.11.0

Hello team,

I propose we release JHipster 8.11.0 based on the code that is currently in the main branch, along with any subsequent updates before the release starts. The primary reason is to add Spring Boot 3.4.5 support. This will be the last v8 release.

Please vote in the next 48 hours to approve this release.
