VOTE: Release JHipster 8.8.0

Hello team,

I propose that we release JHipster 8.8.0 based on the code that is currently in the main branch. The primary reasons are Spring Boot 3.4 and Angular 19. I plan to do the release sometime tomorrow or Monday.

Please vote in the next 24 hours to approve this release.

The 8.8.0 release is now complete! I haven’t announced on any social networks in hopes of upgrading some blueprints first. Please watch the following issue for updates:
