Jenkins REST API

Jenkins Experts -

I want to target the Jenkins REST API for some automation.  Is there a site that lists ALL API's?

Example:

Get - http://<jenkins_url>/job/<job_name>/lastBuild/api/json

Post - http://<jenkins_url>/job/<job_name>/build
