Can't login to Jenkins Jira

Hi 

I've tried a few things, 

I'd originally had a account called PeterLai, so i asked for a password reset, tried that password and it didn't work. Tried another password reset, didn't work, when to the jenkins profile page, can't login neither. 

Created a new account called PeterLai1, get this email

Username: peterlai1 Email: pete...@hotmail.co.uk Full Name: Peter Lai

This account uses your password from an external user directory: "{0}". Didn't have a password in it, so did another password reset, still no luck.
