"Delete All Disabled Modules" still not visible?

Hi,

I want to delete an unused module from my maven build, and according to many sources I can do that with the "Delete All Disabled Modules" menu option,

which is supposed to be between 'configure' and 'modules'. In Jenkins version 1.615 I don't see this option. Would that be because I don't have the proper rights, or because of something else?
